Mother Earth's Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions 

  1. Information on how to enter this promotion and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Entry is only open to Australian residents only. 

  3. To enter, entrants must:
    A. Be following Mother Earth on Instagram (@motherearthau) OR Facebook (@motherearthau)
    B. Comment which flavour you want to try.

  4. The promotion commences 27th January 2026 at 9.00am AEST. Entries close 14th February at 12.00pm AEST.
  5. Entries will be drawn randomly on 16th February 2026 at 9.00am AEST at 24 George Street, North Strathfield, NSW, 2137. The winning entries (3) will win the prize of:
    A. (1) $500 Giftpay card (this gift card can be redeemed at over 100 instore and online brands)

  6. Each Giftpay card is valid for up to 36 months (3 years) after the delivery date.
  7. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook. The prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated email address. 

  8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. 

  9. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these Terms and Conditions.

  10. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram or Facebook information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant’s entry will be invalid. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information can be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the address set out below. In other respects, personal information will be dealt with in accordance with Arnott’s Privacy Policy which can be found at http://www.arnotts.com/privacy-policy.
